Sorting
Out Priorities

Sometimes
the demands on us are overwhelming. There are so many
demands and so little time. How does one sort it all out?
For a starter, try sorting by using the following classifications.
Begin by declaring: “These demands are (or seem
to be),
1.
Urgent, but not important.
2.
Important, but not urgent.
3.
Urgent and important.
4.
Neither urgent nor important.
Monitor
your life and your household, asking questions like:
What
percentage of time is spent on things that are
neither urgent nor important?
How
many important things, that are not urgent,
become lost and forgotten?
